If you have opted to take advantage of my Financial Flexibility option (instalment plan), payments must be made on agreed-upon dates. The first instalment will be paid upon registration, and each subsequent instalment will be paid 30 days later.
There will be no full refunds for the Author Mentorship Group Coaching Program after the first session (2 hours) on January 6th, 2023. A partial refund of 50% of the total investment for my services will be issued only after the first day if we agree that we are unable to continue to work together for personal reasons. I will do my utmost to resolve with you any concerns or issues that may impede our progress together. If we are still unable to come to an understanding or agreement to continue working with one another after the first day or session you will receive 50% of your investment.
Once we are in a working relationship with each other, i.e., after our first session, should you choose to leave our agreement, you will be responsible for the remainder of the cost of the certification program. I will do everything within my ability to work with you to find a solution so that we can continue our work to the conclusion of our agreement and may elect to make accommodations for extreme circumstances.
