—with Gwen Fox and Junie Swadron
A Five-day Transformation, Fun-Filled Retreat
that Honours Your Resiliency, Artistry, Strength, and Beauty!
WORKSHOP DATE: October 9 – 13, 2017
LOCATION: Taos, New Mexico
TUITION AND FEES: $1395.00
Join internationally acclaimed award winning artist, teacher, speaker and art coach, Gwen Fox, and international speaker, author, psychotherapist and writing coach, Junie Swadron for 5 days of magical artistic expression.
These dynamic women are uniting their gifts to offer you a retreat of a lifetime! You will enhance and advance your creativity through both art and writing and return home carrying a beautiful piece of art created from the depths of your soul.
This retreat focuses on a time when you were stronger than you thought. It is a story of triumph from heart-break and loss to being the heroine of your journey that is expressed as a visual memoir.
All of us have gone through debilitating challenges along our human journey. In the midst of them we may have wondered how we will ever get through it. But we did! You did! And by doing so, you found out you were stronger than you may have thought you were.
These five days are devoted to this strength where you will ignite your creativity and imagination and reconnect with your personal sense of beauty and truth.
You will paint, collage and write from the place of memory where a particular challenge originated. You will then guided to present day reality where you celebrate yours and each other’s strength, resiliency and uniqueness!
Both collage and writing have enormous power to invoke your muse and the invisible intelligence that emanates from your heart. You may be surprised by the depth of your creative genius that is birthed from these two art forms working together.
You do NOT have to have painted, collaged or written before to come away with what you hoped to accomplish.
You will be gently guided by women who have the expertise of leading others through their processes for over two decades achieving profound results.
Both Gwen and Junie have watched thousands of students move through places that frightened them. They also declared they didn’t have talent. (I can’t paint, I can’t write, etc.) only to find out they could and transformed it their lives in incredible ways.
Whether you are coming to paint, collage, write, or to heal you will receive a rich, poetic, guided, fun-filled experience that fully honours each of the above and leave with friends whose hearts you have touched and who have touched your own.
What else you can expect:
- On Sunday at 5:00 p.m. you will be welcomed to a special wine and cheese gathering to meet your fellow companions.
